This modification creates more interior room in the van which allows most passengers to stand up as they move around inside. If cutting a hole in the roof of your van and attaching a top without leaks makes you nervous there are a number of places that will do it for you. For all installations we leave the front section above the two front seats intact. Does any of the original van roof remain after the install.
