Vauxhall Astra Rear Door Not Locking

We have just purchased a 1999 zafira and have the same problem the driver s side rear door will not open.

Once the driver s door is open none of the other doors will open from the inside or outside. The tail gate does open. Radio won t turn off and can t lock the car. Also can t lock it by opening the passenger and pressing the central locking button.

The only way to lock it is by manually locking each door by pushing the key into a slot on the door but this doesn t. For the opel vauxhall astra h fifth generation 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 model year. The lock is totally stuck down and i can t pull it up. The way i fixed this is open doors by central locking then pull handle from inside the locked door and lock door by fob.
